We want you to feel good about your purchase. If Siparium isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order. No interrogation, no hoops.

How to request a refund

Email us at siparium.co@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll process your refund. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Siparium subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to Pro features until then, and you won't be billed again.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us — we look at every case in good faith.
